In-Ground Burials

The Cemetery offers a variety of in-ground burial locations throughout our 100-acre property.

Prices for individual graves (burial for two) start at $1,400 and are primarily located in the Northeast portion of the property, adjacent to Cobbs Creek. Full three-grave lots start at $4,200. Discounts may available for up-front payment in full.

Graves priced at $1,975 are located mostly closer to the southern half of the property and nearer to the entrance gates of the Cemetery and also along the bordering thoroughfares of Church Lane and Baltimore Avenue.

Graves along Baltimore Avenue, in front of and adjacent to our Mausoleum are priced at $2,200 each.

Payment plans are available for the purchase of Lots/Graves. Fernwood requires a 20% down payment and $50/month per grave. A signed purchase agreement is required (hyperlink). Should a family desire to pre-pay for a grave opening, that payment must be made in full.
